Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. ("Fortuna")(TSX:FVI)(BVLAC:FVI) is pleased to announce it has closed the previously announced public offering of 15,007,500 common shares at a price of $2.30 per common share for gross proceeds to Fortuna of $34,517,250 (the "Offering"). The Company filed a final short form prospectus in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario in connection with the Offering on February 18, 2010. CIBC World Markets Inc. and Canaccord Financial Ltd. acted as co-lead underwriters in connection with the Offering together with BMO Capital Markets (the "Underwriters"). The Offering includes the exercise in full of the over-allotment by the Underwriters.


The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund construction of the Company's 100% owned San Jose project in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico and for general corporate purposes.

8eight attended the Cyworld Digital Music Awards 2009 on 1st March where they put up a powerful live performance to commemorate being award the BonSang. The only female member JuHee also did a sexy dance performance during the awards ceremony that day.

MC Horan said, “That was an exceptional performance from 8eight.” and leader Lee Hyun said, “The new song which we will be releasing soon will show a totally new image of 8eight.” having many fans curious about their upcoming new song.

Rock band TRAX and Super Junior's Heechul impressed fans with their fabulous performance.

During the broadcast of SBS TV's 'Inkigayo' on 28 February, TRAX and Heechul displayed perfect harmony with the song 'Let You Go'.

On the day of the performance, members of TRAX were dressed smartly in black suits and performed their title song "Let You Go". They managed to wonderfully express the lyrics of the song, which tells of the regret following an inevitable separation. Heechul helped in intensifying the sadness conveyed in the song with his flawless piano melody.
